Thank you I had missed that.

I also had a problem pre pacemaker when referred for an MRI scan at an In Health unit.

I filled in the form on arrival and said that I had a tissue aortic valve replacement. They wanted proof that it was not a metal mechanical valve and would not accept my word for it and sent me away.

They contacted the surgeon and I then had a phone call with a new appointment. Grr, the details had not been recorded and again they did not want to do it but I had come prepared with my operation notes.
