I would suggest a fairly swift visit to your GP but watch for other replies on this forum.

I hadn't had a period for 5 years until I started on Warfarin, they started up again while I was still in hospital and I was told it wasn't unusual for that to happen. I have also had three very heavy hemorrhages over the last 6 years the last one being in January which came close to me needing a transfusion. It may be worth getting your INR checked and definitely having a word with your GP. For what it is worth I was told nine times out of ten it is absolutely nothing to worry about. x

I haven't. I would keep an eye on this and contact your GP. X

If you are not yet menopausal that is not concerning and while it may be a nuisance and get heavier, it is a common response to the warfarin. That said, there are lots of strategies to make that stop so it is important to see your GYN provider to sort it out. ON the other hand, if you are post menopausal and now have watery bleeding then it is a bit more urgent of a situation as you should not have a uterine lining left to bleed. Either way, contact your GYN to get it straightened out.

I would be lost without my AF friends on here. Thanks all .

Yes I am post menopausal and I did have that while I was on warfarin. Big worry. But it turned out to be a benign polyp (I had it investigated and removed) not actually caused by the warfarin. Maybe the warfarin meant I noticed it earlier. It's worth checking out with your GP, but probably ok.

I meant to say also that you should definitely get it checked by the doctor (as I did) because of the issues highlighted above by SRMGrandma and others.

Best wishes.
