Anticoagulant and hip aspiration

I’m due to have a hip aspiration as a result of an issue with fluid being built up around my trochanter it will be done under local anaesthetic i take rivaroxaban and clopidigrel daily I think I might need to stop the drugs for a couple of days, any advice or any one who has had a similar procedure would be welcome I’m going to pre-assessment admission on Tuesday

I think you will need to ask both your surgeon and your advising cardiologist/EP as although someone else may have had the procedure, your circumstances may be totally different,
