Hypertension

I was diagnosed with hypertension 3 years ago and after many different treatments I’m frustrated because my blood pressure is now stage 3 she said I fact I would say higher than that. All in the space of 2 years from hypertension to this. I’m not overweight and I have a healthy diet. But it just seems to be getting higher some times I’m ok as far as severe hypertension goes. My cholesterol’s levels are fine. Confused. And advise will be greatly received. Also for the last 12 month I’ve also been feeling extremely ill when in mid flight and they are getting worse. I can’t seem to get my breath and really struggle to breath enough air I feel dizzy overall weird feeling and it can last for nearly an hour. It’s quiet horrific when it’s happening and I have no control over it and how to stop it I just have to go through it. Not told doc yet cus he may stop me flying. My sister lives in Tenerife so that where I fly to see her. Pls help

Hi Sharon - as this is a forum for AF - I’m not sure you are going to get too many replies. Why don’t you search the communities and look for one on Hypertension or go to the BHF and post there.
