Thanks for that Steve it could be argued that all the measures Dr Gupta mentions could be applied not to just 'reducing the risk of AF coming back after ablation' but to 'reduce the risk of P-AF episodes' per se.

I have taken action on all the things Dr Gupta mentions and almost hesitate to say for tempting fate but I am doing well and my AF burden has decreased dramatically from a year ago .
