I have posted this before but may be of interest to some both sides of the pond...
Wow, wise words!! Thank you for posting Steve.
Thank you posting this Steve.Very interesting indeed.
thank you Steve. Found this very interesting. I live in the UK and its interesting the differences regarding anticoagulant. I am paf, am managing my condition, and Ep happy to agree to my preference of "watch and wait" re any ablation. I am not taking any meds other than Apixoban which i would love to not be on.
best wishes
Sure makes sense....
Thanks Steve. Great video. I have heard of Dr Mandrola but never checked for videos . Will check youtube to see if he has others. irina
It is unfortunate that heart doctors never look at the how the heart gets direction from the brain and just perhaps this may have a major impact. For me, I know the sympathetic and parasympathetic nerves play a key role and if they are compromised by subluxations in the neck and back, then the heart will behave badly. I can start and stop AF by impacting my neck and back. If I can, then this may apply to others as well. Heart doctors will likely say it is something happening in the heart; but the speed at which AF starts and stops and the hundreds of times this has happened makes me think there is likely more to this. I know by the feeling in my back and heart when AF could start, if I don't change something in my back, and I also know exactly when it stops when I do something to my neck or back.
Something to pay attention to and you may find a connection.
Thanks Engmac, I agree this is relevant. I don't have the same evidence or done as much research as you but what I have learned is that a Qigong exercise that strengthens the neck and stomach makes me feel better.
As there are so many things I (and we) do, my test now going forward is how well do I feel overall, marking myself out of 10 each day; this has risen from 4/10 just after AF diagnosis four years ago to 8/10 now! So a BIG THANK YOU to you and everyone else on this Forum as your comments have been a major factor in my improving QOL.
Great to find doctors who work holistically. Thankyou
Very interesting and informative video. Wouldn't be great if we could show it to all new participants?
