Hi all I haven't posted for a while and hope you are all well.

My heart flipped..AF for a few seconds yesterday.

Is it possible that exhaustion, and being I'll fly like symptoms can set it off?

Any how just checking in best to all

I had my ablation in February and I still get palpitations. Usually less than 10 seconds and I go back to normal. Lately it's been happening with exercise in the hot summer weather or when I lie down in bed at night. I think it's normal.

Keep very well hydrated in hot weather - dehydration can certainly trigger AF.
