Anxiety

Well I have swapped my ramipril to losartan this morning Anxiety here Silly really but cannot help it Anyone else like this and also if you swapped from ramipril what was the reason why Was it side effects

AS we have said before anxiety and AF go hand in hand . As CDreamer has mentioned there are strategies to combat this but it may nit be easy and WILL require hard work. Whilst many drugs may cause fatigue, breathlessness and unpleasant digestive problem I am not aware of any causing anxety.

I actually didn't mean was anxiety why they came off ramipril That was how I was feeling I wondered if people had had different side effects to me i.e my cough and itching

Hi Vonnie I think most medication has side effects for someone somewhere.

Some medication we have little choice but to take and if there is no substitute we have to learn to live side effects as 'the lesser of two evils'.

I try to take as little medication as possible believing that a cocktail of chemicals in a world full of other chemicals really isn't the best thing for our bodies.

Instead, I try to look for an alternative that may help like a diet free of additives, learning relaxation techniques and gentle excercise

I totally agree I hate taking tablets and have not took anti depressants I was prescribed a month ago I did silver cloud a online help therapy through my gp He agreed yesterday that he didn't want me on loads of medication
