Yesterday in a chat over bruising I mentioned that I had put my medication and info if my AF on the locked screen on my phone so that in emergency people can see it .Wondered how many others have this in place

Hello Vonnie :-) I have a couple of bracelets in different colours. The one in the picture cost about £12 and is the wide one. On the outside it and says 'Medical Alert' and on the inside my personal details including my name, Afib, medication. You can have up to 50 characters per line on the wide ones.

I live alone and If I have a fall there will be no one to speak for me if I can't speak . So I want my details to be clear and easily accessible at all times.
