Yes the heat makes your heart work harder. Perfectly normal. You need more blood going round to cool the organs.

I had a significant amount of extra ectopics last weekend when the weather was so hot.

It has all calmed down now the temperature is so much more bearable.

My heart always races more when I get hot. Especially if I am outside in the heat.

Yes definitely. I really have to increase fluid intake and find that dehydration sneaks up on me.

I’ve started drinking a lemon, lime, apple cider vinegar drink with cream of tartar and Himalayan salt. I drink a lot of water and water doesn’t replenish electrolytes.

Yeah, any extreme temperature causes problems for me - coupled with exertion and its a huge risk of something flipping out.
