If you're using a browser to look at these pages, look to the right of the AF Association Home Page on Healthunlocked and you will find some pinned posts. One of these is for avbbreviations and acronyms:

It is so confusing at first! Have a look on the right of the screen under Pinned Posts and you’ll see a link to some of the most common abbreviations.

Anything you need to know - just ask.

I also find it very frustrating when reading posts on any subject where abbreviations are extensively used. It breaks up the message and I waste a lot of time researching the meanings. The simplest and most respectful thing to do would be to take the time to give the complete words of the acronym. For those who have have difficulty with it, perhaps they can copy and paste when to save time when there are multiples. :)
