Back to square 1. Had ablation for paf June 2016. Thought it had gone but had 36 hr episode in Aug 2017. Now on this day layed in bed fibrillating away!! Another ablation on the way no doubt, well that’s if I can get back to nsr first 😱

Yeah me too! Just thinking about doses of flecainide 🤔 I had 100mg at 2200hrs last night, due another 100mg at 0800hrs this morning. Wondering if I can have 50mg now as a top up in between?Any thoughts?

Max 24 hour does is 300mg. I'll just leave that here.

My morning dose of 100mg sorted it 👍 300mg over a 24hr period did the trick. See what the main cheese says in 2 months now 😬
