Don't overdo things for at least three months!

Took me 6 months. You'll know when it's good to let loose. Just be patient.

Yes. Assume 6 months before going back to hard exercise. Any less and you'll need a second procedure

I had an ablation a month ago. At two weeks I had an Afib episode. I thought I had reduced my activity but evidently not enough. They mean it when they say three months at least.
