I had very little discomfort - some back ache for a couple of days? Worst symptom was dry cough and acid reflex caused by TOE - which got stuck.
Hope you're feeling more comfortable now.
My abdomen felt as if I'd done 100 sit ups after the phrenic nerve pacing; like most exercise induced stiffness It wore off after a couple of days. it this what you mean?
Mine took several days to ease off. Paracetamol did the trick though.
