I’m not sure we can answer that - have you been back to your doctor?
How breathless and how hard the activity? If you are breathless walking upstairs for instance and you weren’t before then you need to have some investigations.
Read Zetagirl’s post about continuing to go back to your doctor, seek second opinion and continue to ask questions until you get some sort of answer - or at least rule out any serious underlying cause.
I found that ablation exacerbated an unknown at the time, underlying condition which couldn’t be diagnosed until definitive symptoms appeared + my only symptoms at the time were general fatigue and wanting to sleep all the time, breathlessness and exercise intolerance.
For a significant change in your health I would go to your doctor, even if its nothing, you are better to find out.Take care
After a successful cardioversion i still found it difficult to do cardio exercise. Things just didn't feel right. I asked if i could get a treadmill test done, which was agreed on.
The test came back fine and the EP suggested that it was just that my fitness had deteriorated.
The result gave me confidence that everything was ok and i slowly improved my running.
Maybe a treadmill test (if you can get one) could be the route to take
Thanks for your reply
The doctor said my heart needs time to heal even it's more than one year now
