I would add another very important pillar - rest, relaxation and reflection.
I think AF focusses the mind about our health.

Yes and I would go further and say longterm lifestyle action is better than medicine, only to be substituted if its an emergency. I have been persevering for 4 years now and the benefits are coming and it gets easier. Happy Month!

Hi Janco I am focusing on those things too in the hope of preventing the progression of P-AF.
I started my 'habits' lasts summer with some success, changed many things including losing weight . The habits are set and here for life now. I find some goals are harder to achieve when it is cold and dark and I hope to step things up again in the spring.

My habits have been a morning routine, but I want to do it better and regularly(every morning). Sleep "better" and more and a few others I'm working on.
