Dealing with trolls.

In the very many years that I have been involved with AF Association we have thankfully had few trolls join our ranks. I can not comprehend what motivates these individuals who are often highly intelligent, plausible and opinionated people who either do not know or do not care about the distress, worry and downright waste of time that they cause. I would urge all members to avoid being drawn into discussion with obvious trolls to avoid encouraging them.
