Vegetables peeled and chopped. Tick.

Stuffings out of freezer. (made in November) Tick.

Chippolatas in a dish ready .Tick.

Christmas service on TV. Tick.

Troops still fast asleep. Tick. Time for the three S's.

What could possibly go wrong?

Well Sam has just come home for a short break but has another two calls later (people need care on Christmas Day as well ) so up to me to cook dinner. ETA table 2 pm!
