AF Care Plan

Hi has anyone had personal experience of the AF care plan and think it is useful to join?

No. I haven't joined and in fact I seem to recall that the AF Association was advising people not to do so until some initial problems were ironed out. I did receive an email from AFA about this a short while ago but I'm afraid I can't find it now.

I suggest you contact the AFA to ask what their current advice/opinion is.
