Mediastinal Fistula

Can anyone enlighten me to the above. Had a follow up appointment with my cardiologist the other day and she has written to my GP asking him to arrange a CT scan In case I have this. I have been suffering with a cough and when walking, especially uphill, have been getting very out of breath and an unwell feeling, I've not had a temperature and I have recently had a cold so she wasn't too concerned. It has now been six weeks since my second ablation and still get very tired very easily and after exertion I get an ache in ny chest.
