I am currently having 16 sessions of Pulmonary Rehab at Harefield Hospital. They have some lovely little quotes around the Gym and Seminar room which are applicable to us AFers and lung sufferers. Here are a few which I thought were worth noting:-
Small progress is still progress.
No matter how slow you go, you are still lapping everybody on the couch.
A 30 minute work out is just 2% of your day.

Ha ha, very good. I thought that 30 minutes being 2% of the day couldn't possibly be right, but just worked it out and it is indeed just 2%, amazing.
