BP and Pulse Rate co-relation

My Systolic BP is usually between 110 to 150 and diastolic between 60 to 70

Generally it is 130/60 or 140/66

Is this High BP ? when the diastolic is always less than 70?

Should medication for high BP be taken?

and Pulse rate is between 52 to 59
