I feel like I have been in a rugby match

I am on Tambacor CR 200mg and I think 125mg betablocker (1/2 dose). The tambacor is the slow release kind that is in a capsule.

In addition I have exercise induced asthma (which may add to my woes).

This morning I jogged for 30 minutes on the treadmill. I felt fine all the way through. As usual I couldn't push myself more than about 65% thanks to the tambacor.

I have been jogging recently so today's workout wasn't anything new - but what is new is that I feel like I have played flank or prop in seriously physical game of rugby.

Anyone else had this?

I take Tambocor (Flecainide) 50mg x 2 and Diltiazem CD 240mg (slow release )

What you describe is how I felt before I was in sinus rhythm .

Exhaustion was an everyday event back then.
