I was wondering anyones thoughts please, i had an annual Echo Test recently for Mitral Valve Repair OP a few yrs back ,i was having Sinus Tachycardia while having the Echo, would this cause a problem with the result? My Cardilogist didn't seem to think so.
But i have heard it can effect the result.

I have had many echocardiograms over time and one thing they report on is rhythm at time of test so it appears not. They measure all sorts of things within your heart including valve operation, thickness of walls. size of the chambers etc any regurgitation, ejection factor etc. Why do you not believe your cardiologist? We are less likely to know since we are not medically trained.
