That was an interesting clip. Would this explain why I feel really dizzy sometimes when I stand up after bending down to look at things on a low shelf?

Re. the use of salt, it is the only area that I can attempt to improve my blood pressure so I carefully check salt content when I food shop. Should I not do this?

Thank you so much for explaining the process so clearly, I experience this sometimes. Also I take a sodium tablet everyday to counteract the water tablet that is also part of my medication. Must remember to drink more !
