If you have an ablation and the heart is put back into normal rhythm and rate does this not reduce your risk of stroke ?

I have AF and six years ago had a stroke.

Ian now anticoagulated (warfarin)

Also sound waves directed to parts of the brain have been used to stop tremors.

Could the same be done for AF ?

Another thought provoking vid from Dr Gupta. He spends a lot of time doing these for what appear to be purely altruistic reasons which I think is marvellous.
