Had ablation 5 yrs ago but now bank in af. Put on sotalol 120 mg twice daily. Ok for 3 weeks then scared episodes of erratic af particularly in evening. Anyone out there with any ideas. I take anticoagulant, amlodipine, losartin?

I suggest that you contact your EP's secretary and ask for an appointment or if possible get your GP to do this for you. First move would be to get an ecg done whilst it is happening so you actually know rather than guess what rhythm you have. Speak to your GP and organise this.
agree with Bob- just want to say don't be scared as you are on anticoagulants - main worry over !!
......in the meantime, you say mainly in the evening. So just wondering is there something that might be triggering it off at that time. For example, if I eat a normal-sized meal that sets me off, so I eat small and more often, never fill myself up. Or having a drink? Can't think of anything else but maybe you can? Caffeine?
