Well starting to feel human again, heart feels much calmer , groin bruise gone .had a few problems with my arm due to my weird plumbing but it is getting better , had some great help from alivecor they went above and. Beyond to find the cause of a strange result ,thank you dr Dave xxx

Hi Bob I just want to say on behalf of myself and my husband Trevor, many thanks for organising the Patient's Day supper last week. We both really enjoyed meeting new people who understand the difficulties of living with AF. My carnation is sitting on the window cill still looking very fresh. Hope we can do the same next year.

Definitely no marathons not even a fast walk ,but changed sheets cleaned house sort of ,had daughter for lunch

Sounds as though your doing things right Mazza, slow and steady, I've my ablation on 26th so my nerves are kicking in now
