Waveform/baseline help

How are you taking these readings - i.e. between which points on your body ?

It's with a a handheld omron macheine direct under breast whilst sitting down

Sorry, don't know waveform - most people here would use AliveCor or whatever it's new name is.  If that trace were on Alivecor I would say you moved during taking the reading.

I agree. I used to get that on my Alivecor  a lot till I sat with my hands on a desk.

It is caused by poor electrode contact, or movement of your chest while breathing, according to Google.

It shows normal sinus rhythm at about 70 bpm. The "uphill-downhill" shape is called "baseline wander" and is caused by poor electrode contact.
