Breath training

Some time ago a post from a cardiologist mentioned breath training as an approach to AF but I have lost contact.

Does anyone have any info on this? I am particularly interested as I also have chronic lung conditions and am very breathless and tired on least exertion. Not sure whether to blame the COPD, the AF or my bisoprolol 1.25.

Hello Audrey,

I read that reply also.It was from Jonathan PittsCrick a Cardiologist who is a member of this forum.

I understood that his intention was for you to private message him with your e-mail address.

Carol.

I did message him but got no response.  Maybe it went astray.  I'll try again now you have reminded me of his name.  Thanks.

I have the same problem - very breathless with very little exertion 0 can't walk 20 feet without being breathless,.   If you learn anything at all, I would appreciate receiving any advice you get.  Good luck!!   I am having none so far.  Nomad
