I now have a pace maker. Are there any afib monitors that work with a pace maker?

Since most monitors register ventricular rate not atrial rate and PM fixes ventricular rate it seems unlikely that they would be helpful. Your PM should have a memory which can be interrogated at hospital and can give info re any events.

Thank you!! Great info. I see the clinic folks next week I will ask them about this.

I find it difficult to get much info from them as they are always in a rush and the actual san takes no time.

What questions should I ask? Last time I got that the pacemaker was kicking in17% of the time. I am in permanent AF and that my heart rate did go high a few times. My BP readings have my heart rate usually between 65 and 85.
