Coping with anxiety

Thank you all who have responded to my queries. I now have plenty of material to hunt through to find what I might use. I will probably forget all about being anxious because I will be so busy.!

Cheers,

You will be like the old lady who was 'always wanting to have one of those nervous breakdowns but I was too busy fixing dinner' !

Anxiety seems to be a part of my condition, where can I find the advise you received please?

CDreamer who posts on here gave me a very helpful breathing exercise which seems to help. You could perhaps message him if he doesn't pick this up. I found a helpful website getselfhelp.co.uk about cognitive behavioural therapy. I have had CBT before but this site helpful for a bit of topping up. Have also tried the Mindfulness website for meditation and they have some free beginners sessions to try. They send me to sleep because they do seem to help me relax a bit. Am considering learning to meditate properly.

Good luck
