Can anyone tell me whereabouts is the list on this site for EPs as I would like to see one privately thanks, Sann

This is a list of heart rhythm specialists from the main AFA website. I found that although there are none listed for my area, there are practising EP's who are not on the list. It may be worthwhile asking your GP or your local hospitals.

I looked up my local hospital. I searched for the cardiologists and a list of cardiologists and E.Ps came up with their specialists. Also I looked on the Spire private hospital list. They usually the same ones for private and National health which makes it simpler to be referred back to the N.H.S. as you can keep the same person. I hope that makes sense. X

Hi Sann

I am in Lincolnshire and we don't have any EP's nearby. I go to Glenfield hospital in Leicester as an outpatient but have never seen the consultant, although his Registrars are brilliant. I decided to see the consultant privately ( Prof Ng) at the Spires hospital in Leicester. No GP referral needed. Just ring up the hospital and book yourself in. He's not the only consultant EP there - go to the Leicester Spires website and they are listed. He charged me £250 but it was worth ten times that for peace of mind. Jenny
