Sorry hate "blood thinner" tag as it doesn't . I am on warfarin anticoagulant and have been for ten years or more. Never intend to stop even though AF not with me now.

Sounds like you have an intolerance to something you are eating (or drinking). This is like an allergy, but is not for life. Avoiding the food totally for a minimum of three months, and then eating much less of it, should sort it. Just eating less of it may help. Also you need to improve your digestion. Try digestive enzymes or probiotics (see Nature's Best or Higher Nature for a catalogue, or on-line)

Often it's the foods we eat most that cause the problems, so try decreasing your intake of coffee, tea, milk, dairy products in general, bread and wheat in general. eg Have a wheat-free breakfast, and stop putting milk in tea and coffee and drinking it all day . . .

Initially stopping eating the food may make the fogginess worse - but only for a day or two, then clarity comes . . .

Hope this helps!

I agree, could be hay fever this time of year!

I've only been on Apixaban about 3months,also on Amiodarone,Bisopral and Bendroflumethiazide and inhalers for Asthma, also I have Rheumatoid Arthritis so on Methotrexate and various other meds, but just started with a fuzzy head, had hay fever many years now but the symptoms always surprise me!!
