Does anyone take Bisoprolol together with Amlodine?

Yes, I take both. 1.25mg Bisoprolol & 10mg Amlodipine.

I take 7.5 mg of Bisoprolol and 5mg of Ramipril but my blood pressure is too high and my GP wants me to take Amlodipine in the hope that it will lower my blood pressure

I've been in AF on & off since March 2015. . I've had high blood pressure for years (I'm 70yrs old now) . . . I've been taking 10mg of Bisoprolol for some time now & added 5mg of Amlodipine daily since 28th June . . . since July 10th I've had the lowest BP I've had for many many years with no noticeable side effects . . . Sadly I'm also on Amioderone for my AF but luckily no side effects so far. Jim in Taunton.

I’ve been on Bisoprolol 2.5mg and Amlodipine 5mg for 18 day’s now after being on Ramipril for 3 weeks previous for high blood pressure and in the last few days my blood pressure is really low 95/63 with heart rate of 48, I’ve just gone into a warmer climate too, so I’m tired and don’t feel great, what should I do?
