Feeling very pleased with myself. Have just completed the Race for Life and feel fine! A slight episode of AFib but manageable. Only took me 15 minutes longer than usual. Now ready for my ablation on Friday !

Thank you all for your good wishes. Just had my INR levels checked again and it has still gone up I think I overdid it yesterday and today with the walking and the heat and did not drink enough water and so got dehydrated. Hopeful for Friday still.

Well done. I had my ablation 10days ago and so far have had no further AF attacks but just fluttering in the chest. I was very concerned about the procedure but would have I t done again if necessary, feeling better each day. Best wishes for Friday
