What is the difference between these two drugs please?

One is a new novel anti-coagulant, (NOAC) and the other is an anti-platelet drug which should not now be presribed for anti-coagulation in AF patients according to the NICE guidelines out today.

Clopidogrel is very similar to aspirin.
