Exercise with Sotalol

Is anyone of you on sotalol able to exercise ? If yes to what level ? Since I think it is making me tired more than usual

I used to be on sotalol and was just about able to exercise. I played hockey and cycle. I got out of breath much quicker when I was on sotalol, I can remember dragging myself round a course on my bike trying to keep up with a mate I can easily beat now. I cycled to Paris when I was on sotalol and that was hard work.

I felt so much better when I came off it, I was almost bouncing around. I had a lowish heart rate anyway, even not that high in AF, so sotalol was not the drug for me.

Ha Ha....Been on Sotalol for over two yeas now ... I can fall asleep at the drop of a hat. I am fine whilst I keep moving but when I stop, sit down, read, watch TV I am gone.

Doesn't go down too well when you fall asleep in someone else's house whilst on a visit

Ha this is me too! I'm on bisoprolol and flecanide. I've solved the problem...I just don't sit down except for meals and in the evening. Then when I read a book or settle to watch my favourite program that's it, I'm out for the count!
