Hi Mjs-l. I would ask my cardiologist or GP first. Better safe than sorry. If they say its ok go for it but do seek their advice first. Regards Dee.

Generally speaking there is no reason why gentle exercise should not be carried out but I would say listen to your body and be guided by how you feel.

My cardio's advice when I asked her about continuing to go to the gym was exactly the same as yours Bob. I've just returned from the gym now after a 'normal' workout. On Monday I couldn't even get there!! It's the unpredictability of AF that gets to me more than anything!
