Hi Cherjane

Tambocor is usually called flecainide in the UK, and yes there are very many on the forum using it, either daily or as a "pill in the pocket" when they have an attack. It's a rhythm control drug and is widely prescribed in A Fib.

I will leave others to comment on how it feels to take, as I have never had to take it.

Be well

Ian

Hi Cherjane, I take Flecanide 50mg three times a day, it's about the only drug that I've had no side effects with although some people on the forum have. Hope it works for you. Terjo

Hi Cherjane, I have been taking flecainide for 10 years, 50 mg twice a day with no side effects. More side effects with the Hypertension medication, Losartan and Dilzem which makes me very tired. I have had PAF for 11 years. regards Brenda
