PSMA as it's done in Europe

I remember a post here that said there was some sort of drug that some are taking for a week or so before a PSMA. It apparently helps with definition. I can't remember the specifics.

There are papers claiming initiation of Enzelutamide (up to one month prior to imaging) boosts PSMA cell expression. This may also be true with the other gen 1 and 2 lutamides, but published data is lacking.

Pluvicto+Xtandi had better outcomes than Xtandi alone in the Enza-P trial:

I have had 3 PSMA scans , never had to take any drugs beforehand. I live in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Which is ( still) in Europe, no name change 🙄

I take Bicalutamide before a PSMA scan. But I have no control group to verify that this increases the PSMA expression 🙂
