I think living in the UK and having access to their NHS (National Health Service) giving free medical care to all UK citizens , may mean many cancer patients will be receiving cancer vaccines sooner than expected .

Will prostate cancer patients be receiving vaccines? That's yet to be determined but things are looking promising.

Not PCa yet but it's a promising avenue being explored in these trials and as you say the NHS will provide according to need and not according to ability to pay.

This is early days. Unlike COVID vaccines, the intent is for this cancer vaccine to be individually programmed for the patient. A noble objective but an awesome task given the current pressures on the nhs.
