Well my scan is complete. Avid left 3rd rib sclerotic lesion in small aortocaval lymph node highly suspicious for PSMA avid metastases

A few small pelvic lymph nodes with minimal uptake favored to be reactive

Hi Howard what’s your psa coming in at and are you on any drugs? Are you planning on radiating those areas, what does your MO and or RO recommend…

I meet with R0 and MO this week. I think radiation is in my future.

yes radiation is probably in your future and If you can knock out those lymph nodes early, maybe able to stop or suppress any other spread. Radiation did very well for me and your more favorable at.02 than I at.77. I’m not taking any drugs other than ivermectin cbd oil and a few supplements and psa was at 12 pre rad and 1.95 post and that’s when I got off the adt and started ivermectin solely…
