ok, I am exposing myself to j-o-h-n in more than one way with that title...

This is for regional leagues (locally advanced PCa), while we are the NFL of prostate cancer here, but the fact that a cold cancer was turned hot is very promising as it has always been the main limit of immuno therapies applied to PCa

"We are currently enrolling patients for a novel Phase-II clinical trial evaluating the efficacy of Poly-ICLC in intermediate-risk prostate cancer patients undergoing active surveillance. This trial is registered under the identifier NCT06343077"

P.S. now that I notice, also "ok, I am exposing myself to j-o-h-n in more than one way with that title..." is exposing me in more than one way to j-o-h-n !!

lot of preclinical research on herbs/suplements/off-labeldrugs to turn cold tumors hot.

Do pubmed search for your particular cancer and you’ll find lots of research on un-patentable substances that you can try for yourself.

Hi! Normally I do not "trust" preclinical as most of it fails at later stages (and also because otherwise I would be sharing research day and night giving the amount of in silico-in vitro-in vivo research you can find)...and also because as ex researcher (in another field) I know very well the pressure for publication that is put on researchers, so it often happens that they publish stuff that is less than optimal till they get to clinical trials. I do not think that patenting is an issue for big or small pharma, they are too smart for that as proven by aspirin or even docetaxel, both herbal substances in their basic forms. But it would still be interesting to know what is going on on that front: which herbs supplements or drugs would you suggest me to check? I am already taking supplements, as basically everyone in our condition, but you never know!

I'm trying a peptide for this purpose. Hard to evaluate since it's such a a slow process.

Orally?? I know there is research on that but injected and in combinations if I remember correctly. Any source??

Injections. Source is a holistic physician. If you'd like additional info, message me. Interesting stuff.

And then what? I'm not understanding the process. I understand PCA is hard to kill because its a cold tumor, the article seems to jump from, we're testing 12 guys who are about to undergo surgery >one year later 10 are < .01 or something to that effect. WTF happened in between? Just curious. Also wondering for those taking supplements, at what point do you know your tumors are hot and how? Really curious about this guys.

Lucky.... But unlucky for me cause after one date, the hot ones turned cold.
