Fellow warriors:

I've been researching possible treatment centres for Pluvicto (plus). For reasons too bizarre to go into here. It makes very little difference to me - I just want the centre with the most experience and who are able to offer more recent innovation (e.g. Actinium, etc)

If you've been treated - or know someone who has - I'd be grateful for any reflections you may have, from either site, (the Melbourne centre is the Cabrini Private Hospital) on any of the following :

1. Costs per infusion;

2. Experience of Lu-177 and derivatives;

3. Facilities;

4. Follow-up and monitoring;

5. Any hidden costs.

All views welcomed!

Technical University of Munich. The cost is around 12 K per infusion. If they decide to do a PET/CT it will cost 3K more.

This center was involved in the development of Lu 177 PSMA I&T ligand which is know on the USA as PTN 2002 and it has had good results in the clinical trials.

They had a long experience with this treatment. I had the treatment in 2016.

Very modern equipment and reasonable facilities at the Hospital and excellent doctors with extensive publications about Lu 177 PSMA treatment.

I have seen positive comments about Homburg (small city in Saarland, not Hamburg) from RyderLake2. Might be easier for you to reach. You could DM him and ask.

What about Germany? Long way to OZ! There's a fair bit of discussion about the German clinics on here. Good Post. Looking forward to the replies. Best wishes

I will be receiving my 4th dose of 6 on the first day of spring. I live in SWmNew Mexico, USA. Receive care through New Mexico Cancer Center. I have been doing so since 12/2018. I receive Presbyterian care - pluvicto costs about 43.5 K per treatment, I have received more treatment than I can remember- Pluvicto has had the fewest side effects for me. Once the treatment is complete it is my understanding that there will be no more treatments left available because I have tried them all. Time to lay my head to rest….

Dr. Sen at Fortis Hospital in India is experienced LU177 and is lower cost. Azerbaijan and Turkey are also options to keep price low but to receive experienced professionals. PSMA expression is vital.

Hi, new here and just a question. Do you have to travel all around the globe for Pluvicto treatment? Sorry, my Dad didn’t get that far in his prostate journey (thankfully) and I feel for all of you whom are going through this experience and your partners and carers as well. Sendings loads of love and hugs. ❤️❤️🤗🤗 Hoping this treatment places you all in remission

Profesor Emmett is running a clinical trial with Actinium in a St Vincent's public hospital in Sydney, Darlinghurst and it is free.
