mPca to liver

SBRT 2017 psa is .1 and has been for 3 years. ER discovered “numerous liver lesions” largest 2cm when looking for cause of a pulmonary embolism -attack. Had liver biopsy following day waiting for final pathology A shocker because no lymph nodes or bones mets (PSMA 6/2020) and liver enzymes and AST ALT were/still are very good.

Anyone have any ideas for next step.

Thanks

That certainly is strange. You need to wait for the biopsy results to decide what to do next as it may well not be PCa.Good luck.

First step is to be sure the liver spots are malignant and are prostate, not something else. The pathologist will hopefully be able to tell.
