I would like all of you to know how much I appreciate your responses to my QoL ideas post, I wrote the other day. (Both Pm and in here).

I had stopped writing in here because I have been writing for a nutritional letter. However, I will try to find more time to write in here, as well, because it is close to my heart. The generous and kind people here, help me with my stress over my husband's Prostate cancer. Thank You.

I have buried many of my disappointments yesterday. Today I will try to sow seeds of health, happiness and healing. (From my mantra).💜💜💜
