Anyone know? Does this one offer the same or better resolution for bone mets as an NaF(18) scan? Guessing it only ‘lights up’ for the PSMA avid cells? Yes? If so, is it likely to be approved for qualification with PSMA avid cell treatments like Pluvicto?

It is for PSMA-avid only. But it may (it hasn't been tested head-to-head) be better at lower PSA. The chief benefit is it is not urinarily excreted, so it may be useful in finding cancer in the prostate.
