No, it is indicated for any metastatic castration-resistant patient.

Lupron always works, and is covered

Lupron does eliminate T but it's been around for 40 years and is not good for us. Something should be next!

As I remember, Medicare does cover Provenge.

mine was covered Oct 2018 MO thinks it contributed to the success of ADT and helped to lower my PSA to undetectable and kept it there

Not only does it cover Provenge, but doctors beware, it now covers Revenge.....
