From my reading on these treatments, they all have warnings about possible adverse effects on the heart. Especially for people with known cardiac and diabetic conditions. My husband has both, plus several other health issues. Doctors never said anything or showed concern about it though. Treating all types of cancer always has risks. Often times the "cure" is worse or more dangerous, than the disease itself.
